4 week Tuesday Morning beginners course

Service Description

Every Tuesday morning for 4 weeks, with Julie Darke. Switch off and have fun. Date: Course starts on 21st July Time: 9 am to 11 am for 4 weeks. Introductory price: £128 Location: Pankhurst Gallery, Lee on the Solent Julie will take you through the basics of painting. with watercolours, textures/brushes, colour theory, composition, observation, and you will take away your very own painting in watercolour on canvas, with no pressure whatsoever. Julie has been an art teacher for 16 years and has worked as a freelance artist since 1990. She oozes creativity, she loves to teach and encourage people. Julie works in mixed media, collage, and watercolours You will be able to experiment with different mediums, textures, colours, and learn to observe. Julie will gently lead you every step of the way. The final class will be using all that you have learnt to create your own masterpiece watercolour painting. Everything will be supplied, including refreshments. Please make sure that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your class starts
